Horseshoe Bay Streets: Effective April 21, 2009, the Property Owners' Association transferred ownership of the 122-mile road network to the City of Horseshoe Bay as well as certain other responsibilities. The agreement with the City includes payments to the City each year equivalent to the amount the POA historically spent to maintain and improve the streets and the costs of providing those certain additional responsibilities in the past.
