Rent Quail Point or the Pavilion

Quail Point Lodge

Any Horseshoe Bay property owner in good standing may rent Quail Point Lodge or the Pavilion. To check availability of a date or to make reservations, call the POA Office at 830-598-8795. Rental is by signed contract only, a sample copy of the agreement is available here.
The property owner is responsible for any damage caused by members or guests. During the rental period the area is closed to other members.

Kitchen facilities at Quail Point are limited and non-commercial. There is not an in-sink grinder or grease trap. Bulk food preparation and clean-up must be done off premises. There are two refrigerators, two stoves with oven, two warming units, two microwaves, and a commercial ice machine. Renter is responsible for caterer’s liabilities, not this Association. The POA does not furnish linens, utensils, decorating materials or services.
