Property Owners' Association


Who Are We?

The Horseshoe Bay Property Owners' Association is the largest of several within the City of Horseshoe Bay. The POA was formed by the original developers in 1974. Where your property is located determines which property owners' association represents you, has jurisdiction for enforcing the applicable Developers Deed Restrictions, and is responsible for maintaining the local roads. A lot number can also provide this info.
