Who Are We?

The Horseshoe Bay Property Owners' Association is the largest of several within the City of Horseshoe Bay. The POA was formed by the original developers in 1974. Where your property is located determines which property owners' association represents you, and has jurisdiction for enforcing the applicable Developers Deed Restrictions. A lot number can also provide this info.
