Tom Engler is the Chief Managing Officer of Horseshoe Bay Property Owners' Association, Inc., having joined the POA on March 1, 2001. Tom is a graduate of Iowa State University and the University of Wyoming and came to Horseshoe Bay following a 24-year career as an engineer with Amoco Oil.
Alyce Duncan is the Administrative Treasurer. Her employment included 12 years as bookkeeper for a lumber and hardware company and 12 years as accountant and personnel manager in a savings and loan company. Alyce has been with Horseshoe Bay Property Owners' Association since 1990.
Judi Lane is the Administrative Secretary. Judi has 23 years experience as office manager of a law firm. In 1983 she earned the PLS national certification. Judi has been a permanent resident of Horseshoe Bay since 1999.
