The first step you will need to take is to submit your plans to the Architectural Control Committee (ACC). In HSB Proper, North, South and West, the contact person is Sam Tarbet and his phone number is 830-598-2553.
The requirements of the Architectural Committee is included as a courtesy to property owners. The HSB POA is not involved in the review process handled by the Architectural Committee.
The Horseshoe Bay Architectural Committee Design Guidelines are intended to provide guidance for all residential and commercial development and construction—new buildings, building additions, site work and landscaping — as well as any subsequent changes or alterations to previously approved plans or existing structures and landscaping including:
Exterior home or major landscape modifications
Placement of television satellite dishes
Installation of solar systems
Boathouses and boat slips

The Maintenance Fund is the entity created by the Declaration of Reservations of Horseshoe Bay to collect and distribute the maintenance fees required by the Declaration of Reservations. The Maintenance Fund is a separate entity from the Horseshoe Bay Property Owners Association.
