The Resale Certificate provides pertinent information on the Property and Association which includes current assessment, subdivision governing documents, legal proceedings against the Association, if any, and current POA financials. This information allows a buyer to make an informed decision and presents full disclosure on the Association.
A Resale Certificate must be requested via our website (form below). Chapter 207 of the Texas Property Code, the HSB POA has seven (10) days from the written request to have the packet available to the requestor. Click below to complete the Request a Resale Certificate Packet form.
The fee must be paid before the packet can be prepared. Payment can be made via phone, 830-598-8795, by providing a credit card; in person at the POA office at Quail Point Lodge by credit card, cash, or check made payable to the Horseshoe Bay POA; or by check mailed to the Horseshoe Bay POA, P.O. Box 7773, Horseshoe Bay, TX 78657 or overnight delivery to 107 Twilight, Horseshoe Bay, TX 78657.
