POA Parks

The POA maintains two parks and a hiking trail for the benefit of its members:

Quail Point Park - adjacent to the Quail Point Lodge. Enjoy a picnic, and access to the lake.

The Eileen M. Hurd Nature Preserve - Walk the mausolem trail, a beautiful half-mile trail. View the mausoleum, then walk the trail beside a natural spring in this wooded area (see map for location).

The Wilderness Trail - Park at the Horseshoe Bay campground, cross the road and walk the one-and-a-half mile trail along Slick Rock Creek. This trail involves elevation and rock scrambling. Bring your grandchildren and fishing poles. See map for campground location)
