Rent Quail Point

Quail Point Lodge

Any Horseshoe Bay property owner in good standing may rent Quail Point Lodge. Reservations are made by calling the POA office at 598-8795.  The property owner is responsible for any damage caused by members or guests. During the rental period the area is closed to other members.

The property owner (renter) is responsible for setting up/taking down of chairs and tables. If there is no damage or additional clean-up required, deposit will be refunded. Set-up/take-down may also be arranged for an additional cost*.

Kitchen facilities at Quail Point are limited and non-commercial. There is not an in-sink grinder or grease trap. Bulk food preparation and clean-up must be done off premises.  There is a refrigerator, stove with oven, warming unit, two microwaves, and a commercial ice machine.  Renter is responsible for caterer’s liabilities, not this Association.  The POA does not furnish linens, utensils etc., decorating materials or services.

Rental Rates Per Day

        Activity Hall Rental Fee-$500.00

        Refundable Damage Deposit Fee-$150.00

        Conference Room-$150.00

*There is a mandatory clean-up fee of $75. If set-up is desired in the Activity Hall, the cost is $125, which includes the clean-up fee; for the Conference Room, the set-up cost is $50.

Quail Point Lodge will not be rented on the following holidays: Earth Day; Memorial Day weekend; Labor Day weekend; July 4th weekend (if 4th falls on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or Monday); Thanksgiving Day weekend; Christmas Eve; Christmas Day.
