Jurisdiction of the Horseshoe Bay POA

Horseshoe Bay Property Owners Association encompasses all lots and buildings in Horseshoe Bay, Horseshoe Bay South, Horseshoe Bay North, and Horseshoe Bay West. Applehead, Applehead Island, Bay Country, Pecan Creek, and the Peninsula have separate property owners associations.

You can use your lot number to tell which of the above areas you live in. If your lot number starts with a:

number		then you are in Horseshoe Bay
K		then you are in Horseshoe Bay South
N		then you are in Horseshoe Bay North
W		then you are in Horseshoe Bay West

All of the above are part of the Horseshoe Bay Property Owners Association.

If your lot number starts with an:

A		then you are in Applehead
AI		Applehead Island
PC		then you are in Pecan Creek
BC		then you are in Bay Country
L		The Peninsula
