Wellness Classes
Our Wellness programs at the POA are designed to help you feel your best, inside and out. Start your week strong with Exercise with Karen, which is normally held on Tuesday and Thursday at 9:00 AM. The schedule is subject to change due to event bookings; please check the calendar regularly to stay updated. 
 
Exercise is a fun and energizing class for all fitness levels. Our exercise instructor is Karen Calderon-Schweitzer, and we are honored to have this healthy lifestyle blogger teaching this class. Click to visit her website, Passionista Chic, to learn more about her. 
 
Then, find your center with Meditation with Barbara on the first and third Wednesdays at 10:00 AM, a calming hour to reset your mind and spirit. When Karen is unable to teach, Barbara Morrison teaches the exercise class. Barbara is an Ayurveda practitioner and Reiki Master, and she has led numerous meditation workshops and retreats.
