Our Team
The Horseshoe Bay Property Owners' Association is fully staffed with the help of our lovely board members!
Sandra Moravitz is our Executive Director, managing and overseeing the Association. She works closely with our Board of Directors as our leader, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Erin Welch is our Executive Administrative Assistant to the Executive Director who works on many components, being the informant regarding matters such as Quail Point Lodge, our campground, and the POA.
Kirstie Howard is our Administrative Specialist who deals with the telecommunications between the City, POA, and our lovely community. She handles reports, compliance issues, and media intake.
Whit Holcomb is our Media and Communications Specialist focusing on marketing, monthly newsletter production, website maintenance, and social media management.
