Our Team
The Horseshoe Bay Property Owners' Association is fully staffed with the help of our lovely board members!
Sandra Moravitz is our Executive Director, managing and overseeing the Association. She works closely with our Board of Directors as our leader, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Erin Welch is our Executive Administrative Assistant to the Executive Director who works on many components, being the informant regarding matters such as Quail Point Lodge, our campground, and the POA.
Kirstie Howard, Administrative Secretary, provides an essential role in keeping the association efficient and organized. She prepares resale certificates, handles compliance issues, maintains records, building plans, and inventory.
Whit Holcomb, Media and Communications Specialist, focuses on marketing, monthly newsletter production, website maintenance, and social media management. He also manages the Community Education series and occasionally composes press releases.
Our team is the heartbeat of the Horseshoe Bay POA, dedicated to building a stronger, more connected community every day.
